Poster for The SpongeBob Musical Youth Edition at The Buzz Theatre in August 2026.

The Spongebob Musical 2026

After a successful first venture for Worrall Production Companies performance of Finding Nemo in the Summer of 2025, we are thrilled to be returning to the Buzz Theatre in Woking in August 2026 to perform the fantastic, SpongeBob SquarePants Musical.

As a reminder, our Worrall Production Company shows are not the same as our show-in-a-week workshops. These shows are more like amateur dramatics but for children. The show is cast in January/Febuary 2026 and will be rehearsed over the course of the first half of the year and performed over a run of six performances in August.

Tickets for this years production of Spongebob SquarePants Musical are now on sale and can be purchased below or using the link to take you directly to the Ticketsource website. Booking fees apply.

Our Mission Statement

Worrall Production Company was created with a simple but powerful vision: to provide meaningful theatre and performance opportunities for young people under the age of 18 within a professional working theatre environment. We believe that young performers deserve the chance to experience the excitement, discipline, and joy of real theatre, not just as a hobby, but as something truly immersive and inspiring.

At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to being a not-for-profit organisation. Every production is made possible through the dedication of our performers and volunteers, who give their time at weekends to rehearse and grow, and through ticket sales, which are reinvested directly back into the company. This allows us to fund venue hire, performance licences, costumes, and all the essential elements needed to stage high-quality productions without generating profit.

Our work is supported by an incredible team of volunteers and professionals who generously give their time and expertise. From licensed chaperones and sound engineers to lighting operators, set designers, and hair and makeup assistants, each person plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and genuinely professional theatre experience for our young performers.

We are proud to share that Woking Borough Council has recently accredited Worrall Production Company and we have achieved charitable status. This is a significant milestone for us, ensuring that we can continue to provide accessible opportunities while strengthening our long-term sustainability as a not-for-profit organisation.

Thanks to this support, we are able to continue staging productions at the Woking Buzz Theatre at a reduced rate, with the exciting ambition of expanding into larger-scale productions in the future at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre. This marks an exciting new chapter for the company and, most importantly, opens the door to even more opportunities for the young people we serve.
