Welcome to the brand new website for Worrall Workshops.
Worrall Workshops provide performance opportunities for young people with a love of theatre on or off the stage focusing on performance, backstage and technical work.
Based in Cobham, Surrey, the workshops are co-run by married couple, Lottie and Tom Worrall who bring aspects of their previous training and careers to put on fun, active and theatrically challenging performances.
Worrall Workshops take the form of putting on a show in a week.
Over the course of the five days, the students get to know each other, audition for roles, rehearse, and work towards a final performance which takes place at the end of the fifth day. The shows are always free to attend by family and friends of the cast.
In 2024 Worrall Workshops put on two show in a week workshops and 2025 will be no different. There will be an opportunity to perform in a brand new show, Alice In Wonderland written by Lottie and Tom and will be performed in April. Booking for Alice In Wonderland is now open and can be found on the April 2025 page. In August the show in a week workshop will be Annie Jr.
A brand new venture for this year will be the launch of Worrall Production Co. A new opportunity for young talented performers to perform in a professional theatre for six consecutive performances in August. The show will be Finding Nemo and auditions will be in January with rehearsals starting in Feb and running up until the week of show

From a young age Lottie has always had a love for theatre and performing so it was an easy decision for her to move to London at 16 and train professionally in Musical Theatre, at one of Britain’s best Performing Arts College, London Studio Centre. Since graduating Lottie has continued to work professionally in various tours and productions all over the UK and the world. Such credits include the title role in The Rainbow Fish, Maid Marian in Robin Hood and Virtue in The Witches Bogey. In more recent years Lottie has gained experience directing, creating and choreographing theatre shows, tours and productions for popular UK theme parks such as Chessington World of Adventures and Alton Towers. A big part of these roles included training and advising professional singers, actors and dancers. Lottie has been working as a vocal coach since 2015 providing tuition to students ranging from 4 years old to the elderly.
Lottie has always enjoyed putting on a show, starting from when she was 7 years old, dragging all of her neighbours along to her back garden to perform or watch. When her husband Tom suggested they run holiday workshops where the students create a show in a week Lottie was on board immediately! Whether it’s picking a show to try, painting set, creating costumes or working with the cast to show off their talents Lottie loves every part of the process of putting on a production. Lottie is so proud of all the hard work and effort the students have put into the previous workshops and astounded by what they can achieve in just a few short days. It’s always such a positive experience and she can’t wait to get stuck into the next one!
